HR Generalist practitioner with c.25 years in human resources and employee relations. I have a broad background covering all aspects of HR gained with a range of corporate and independent organisations, including small independent TV productions and in liaison with large production houses. I specialise in practical and pragmatic onsite HR consulting to Film and TV productions, particularly in the delivery of training on bullying and harassment, discrimination and sexual harassment, and how to spot and manage these behaviours.
