I am a versatile and experienced:

I have worked in television for 19 years.
I am a post-graduate and started out in television news as a newsroom researcher and co-ordinator. From this beginning I approach factual work with journalistic vigour, and I am highly organised with excellent understanding of the entire production process from development to delivery of post-production paperwork. I also completed an internship with Brook Lapping Productions.
I also use my production knowledge from the roles and content I've worked in to work with greater understanding and empathy to the other roles on the team.
For each role like to be clear on my role and responsibilities - usually I work one role at a time!
Sometimes in small companies I will do certain roles on certain days or combine roles by arrangement. But this is of course workload dependent.
I have specialised in factual programming including historical documentaries, true crime, reality televsion, current affairs, live television.
I also have substantial corporate and branded content experience.
I have some scripted and drama recon experience, and I was part of the BAFTA winning production team on the UK feature film 'Complicit'.
I add value to all of my productions - and I always keep an eye on deadlines for award entries!
I am from an under-represented ethnicity in the industry (In almost 20 years I have never worked with anyone else in television who is Kurdish or Turkish), and grew up in an under-represented socio-economic group.
