I like to think I have a good sense of humour and use my people centric approach to work to keep the teams I work with in good spirits, focusing on the welfare of crew and cast.

Having a proactive approach to problem solving, I am constantly assessing needs and requirements before they're requested.

I have a wealth of knowledge in forward planning, challenge, casting, chaperoning, location permissions, gallery, story and producing on the floor, as well as floor managing.

I'm meticulously organised with a keen eye for detail, confident keeping to and making schedules, directing crowd and managing the floor on scripted and unscripted shows.

Before entering into the industry I gained experience in account management, recruiting, managing and training teams for large-scale events, as well as setting and analysing marketing strategies for corporate businesses and event management.
