I thrive by collectively researching and producing content with colleagues to inform, educate and entertain. Accordingly, my ability to work in the public interest, as well as being proactive and a can-do individual with the willingness to learn and think on their feet will enable me to be a valued employee. Working with the current affairs team at ITV news enabled me to develop an in-depth understanding of Media. From liaising with key stakeholders to gain critical and accurate information in a short time frame and writing briefs, researching and summarising stories affecting individuals globally on behalf of the executive producer, I developed a further understanding of how producers and journalists collaborate to inform society.I know that during the course of my career, I will always thrive by understanding people, their needs and their ambitions. My ambition is two become a part of the entertainment sector and prove that my skill-set will enable a collaborative, smooth-running, efficient and positive team. I am a graduate of the University of Sussex. Having studied 'Drama, Theatre & Performance’ in an academic environment, I thrive from research and learning about diverse topics on a daily basis. The political and social issues I studied at the University of Sussex had developed my knowledge, making me more liberal-minded.My social skills are excellent and developed during my time at First Base rough sleepers unit (where I consistently remained composed under pressure). I was there to educate rough sleepers, helping to get them back into work by assisting with CV preparation and society by encouraging them to reach their full potential. Furthermore, working within a team I formulated sessions with an aim to boost client interaction, develop confidence and entertain, aiding their mental health.
