Echaka Monjok is a young, Nigerian born, Houston raised woman. She graduated from Texas State University with a B.S in Mass Communications/Electronic Media. She then got her M.A in Film & Media Production at the New York Film Academy, NYFA. Writing and directing is something she loves and got more involved in during her undergraduate years. Echaka took a screenwriting and directing class during her senior year at Texas state. Those classes changed her life because she realized this is what she wants to do until she retires.
