I’m an award-winning, highly experienced executive producer and development exec. I’ve led teams on a wide range of documentary, reality and fact ent shows. Whatever the genre, I want to tell human stories, with warmth and wit – whether it’s on a talent-led competitive format or an extreme ob doc survival series.

I love developing and creating new original shows and also enjoy breathing new life into established formats, delivering audience-winning shows and heading up large teams (both here and in the US), keeping them happy and motivated. 

I am a creative, resourceful, calm and unflappable team player. I have extensive edit experience. I am used to overseeing multiple simultaneous shoots and edits. I'm a trained journalist with a background in international news, so have strong storytelling instincts, used to working in hostile environments.
