I am a diligent, capable and confident Production and Operations Manager. I am a multiskilled individual and have over two decades of experience working in the television industry in the sports, news, entertainment and commercial sectors. I have exceptional negotiation and budget management skills and liaise effectively with the client, freelancers and all echelon. I have strong people management skills and have managed up to c90 technical staff on a daily basis on alternate shows. I am a firm but fair manager I build teams successfully, striving to achieve the best performance for the client and all involved. I am a confident contract negotiator and have project managed many large-scale events and programmes in the studio, OB, digital and live environment.
