Throughout my career I believe I have proven myself to be a versatile business winner, having generated, created and produced series across a wide range of genres, both in the UK and the US, working in small teams of just one, up to leading groups of 8 or 9. 

For the past five years I have worked as a Head of Development across a wide range of factual projects. I love developing and producing series that use entertainment - be it an amazing talent or format - to bring audiences to real world stories. 

Most recently that could mean seeing the comedian Jon Richardson join a farming community in Yorkshire as they save their local pub, or convincing pop star Jordan Stephens to get blackmailed, so we can put a face to a faceless crime affecting thousands of young men. Read Less
