I am a highly experienced PMA who has recently progressed to a PC on Planet Earth III at the Natural History Unit at the BBC in Bristol.
As a PMA and now a PC on the Planet Earth III series I have developed skills in assisting with all logistics for a shoot, keeping to a budget, making kit bookings, working with the legal and insurance team, liaising directly with camera operators/ fixers etc. I have had the opportunity to develop my skills as a PC and been given the chance to lead on my own shoots; my most recent shoots I have organised all logistics, updated the budget and been mindful of it throughout, arranged kit bookings, worked on contracts and liaised directly with the fixer in country; and overcome several logistical challenges we faced.
I have really enjoyed my time on Planet Earth III and feel I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge which has enabled me develop into a production coordinator.

I see myself as a self-motivated person, good at planning and managing my own time, and recognising the need to be accurate and at the same time meet relevant targets. I am good at working with others as part of a team and on my own, I also thrive at being given the opportunity to take on new responsibilities and learn new skills. Away from work I am very keen on music, the outdoors and travelling. I spent a year in New Zealand where I worked my way around both islands. I also spend a lot of time in the country side competing in Motorcycle Trials events. For several months I worked at Evesham Hospital Radio, where I presented and produced my own radio shows.
