I am an experienced Head of Development / Development Executive / Producer with a strong track record across both development and production. My career began in production, where I spent over a decade as a Senior Producer-Director, Shooting PD and Edit Producer, delivering factual programming for all the major broadcasters.

In 2019, I moved into development full time, driven by my passion for generating distinctive, audience-grabbing factual ideas.

I am an alumnus of the TRC Supersizer Course (2022) – a six-month, industry-backed programme designed to elevate regional development talent to executive level.My dual background in production and development gives me a unique perspective: I understand what it takes to make great television both on paper and on screen. Recently, I returned briefly to production to direct four episodes of The Hotel Inspector (Channel 5), and I loved re-engaging with the clarity and creativity of the production process.

Over the past few years, I have successfully developed projects that have led to multiple commissions across BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, More4, Discovery+ and major streaming platforms. Highlights include:
- A forthcoming fact-ent series for the BBC with Bear Grylls (TX end of 2025/early 2026).
- 15-part series for Channel 4 Lifestyle 
- 4-part access documentary for C5 (Airing late '25)
- A true crime series for a leading US streamer.
- A late-night entertainment talk show for the BBC.
- An 8-part fact-ent series and a 10-part true crime series for Discovery+.

Alongside these, I have also worked in the premium factual space, developing projects with Oscar-winning creatives behind the camera, and with high-profile stars, icons, and even infamous figures in front of it.I am proud of my background – coming from a lower socio-economic (C2DE) upbringing and living with dyslexia – as it shapes the way I see stories and helps me approach ideas with a fresh, authentic perspective.
