Charlene has held more than 30 line producer and casting director roles in 4 years, and her recent job experience has proved a breakthrough in her sales agent career. All her work experiences has been in Asia, but she has since worked with large companies and networks such as CJENM, Discovery Networks Asia (Including Discovery Channel, TLC, Science Channel), True Broadcast Network, Mediacorp Studios, MTV Asia, CNN Asia and CNA Asia. She directed and produced her thesis documentary, Cheena Manaivi, about interracial marriages and has since then won awards and nominations all over the globe.
