I lead editorial on high-accountability factual entertainment series where multiple edits run concurrently, deadlines are fixed and there’s no room for drift.

Working closely with senior creatives to align production and post, protect tone and ensure the story lands clearly and on time.

I focus on finding the story in real moments and shaping character-led narratives that connect with an audience.  I’ve built my career across factual entertainment, competition and docu-reality, from fast-turnaround series like Gogglebox and The Great British Bake Off to large-scale productions such as Big Brother, where consistency of tone, strong judgement and audience connection are critical.
