Spending the last 8 years working for SPACE-2, a creative property consultancy who specialise in sourcing, promoting and managing locations for use by a wide range of media and event clients. Connecting property owners and various sizes of productions, I worked at regional productions manager, overseeing and negotiating activities, fees, activity terms, risks assessments, and contracts. My role also included scouting, promotion, overseeing regional development. The role included responsibilities such as: • Researching, sourcing, promoting and delivering locations on brief for clients • Day to day running of the company’s websites • Photographing and cataloguing new locations • Communicating with partners across a range of portfolios to promote the right spaces to match clients briefs • Building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, landlords and agents to ensure the business is a preferred operator • Regular visits to potential sites to assess and update our offerings. • Ad hoc problem solving • Onsite management of productions Read Less
