London-based Researcher.

I am a hard-working and passionate researcher with experience working in live TV studio environments. Working across Channel 5’s daytime output, I pitch and help bring to air political, consumer and health advice segments on a daily basis. Alongside researching, I have also enjoyed working as a runner on various documentaries, reality TV shows and other studio-based chat shows. Going forward, I hope to continue researching and to work on more exciting projects.

KEY SKILLS: 

- Pitching political, lifestyle and consumer items and debate ideas for daily panel and magazine style shows.

- Writing detailed briefs and bios for presenters and guests.

- Conducting research calls and briefings with high-profile guests. 

- Casting additional guests and case studies to tight deadlines.

- Creating graphics on Canva and Adobe Photoshop to be used on air.

- Building relationships with and story-producing contributors/ cast.

- Data wrangling (ShotPut Pro) (Parashoot).

- Setting up and formatting Sony cameras.

- Completing post-production paperwork (Silvermouse & PCIS).

- Confident driving in cities and on motorways (Full, clean 24+ driving licence).
