For History Channel's true crime show "Evil Genius", my work as a Researcher involved digging for sources & tracking down all kinds of obscure materials. Some of the successful finds I was proud of were local news footage from a complex bank robbery in Brazil - and 30-year-old images (held by no other outlet) from a druglord's underground tunnels between Mexico and the U.S. - which I secured from a hesitant news station in El Paso.... I also worked for afternoon court show "Jury Duty", searching for intriguing lawsuits at L.A. county courthouses & presenting them to producers... I also co-created and developed with a colleague a concept for a jail-focused docu-series, for which we secured the participation of county jails in Idaho & Nevada. The show was developed by PB&J / Bunim-Murray... I also co-created a proposed documentary on The Tylenol Murders of 1982, tracking down & gaining participation of a victim's family member & researching that fascinating, relatively unsung case for 2 years. The project was developed by production co's Pariah & Rakontur... I've also worked as Researcher for countless celebrity biography & game shows & sold a MOW script to MarVista... I absolutely love research & true crime & hope you'll consider me. Thank you!
