Assistant Producer specialising in natural history filmmaking. Passionate about finding the untold story and bringing together the people, planning and processes to tell it in new and inspiring ways. Pragmatic and upbeat, I thrive in collaborative environments and love the creativity, surprise and constant evolution of the industry.

The extensive list of responsibilities as an AP means there's never a dull day which I find incredibly engaging and rewarding. I pride myself on bringing a sense of humour, strong work ethic and endless energy to all of it; from research, planning and direction to project management, writing and working closely with scientists.

A producer once said to me, “I want an AP who cares about a sequence as much as I do, if not a little bit more.” I always aim to embody this and throw myself into each and every production, working as hard on the first sequence as I do on the last.

Slightly obsessive about plants, I’ll harp on to anyone who cares to listen about how amazing they are and how important they are to our world. I’ve been lucky enough that this passion has lead me to jobs in ecology and horticulture and now wildlife TV and filmmaking feels like a place that brings all these things together, helping me to flourish in a job I truly love.
