Through my 6 years experience in hospitality and events I have an excellent approach to adapting to various clientele. My bubbly attitude and consistent determination makes me someone who is easily approachable. I work well as a team as well as having the self drive to adapt to different situations with ease. I am reliable having led teams within my various VIP Management roles working in the fast paced atmosphere of the nightclub industry. I am able to adapt to a busy environment and stay focused on the task in hand and make sure that it is executed to the standard required having the customer at the forefront of everything I do. I have been very proactive in making myself a more rounded employee and candidate for like minded business by making sure I have the technical ability eg.
