I am enthusiastic, hard-working and organised with a proven record of idea-generating and casting strong characters for a variety of shows. I have lots of experience in direct targeting, building relationships with contributors ,and in getting the most out of them; producing them both on location and in the studio.In addition, I have experience of coming up with feature ideas and added extras for live and pre-recorded daily shows, as well as larger entertainment formats.
