Minnie Ayres is a producer and COO of talent development organisation TriForce Creative Network, an organisation set up to promote equal opportunities in the entertainment industry. She also runs Dandi Network Limited which works directly with production companies to help them recruit talent in a more diverse and inclusive way.Minnie joined the TCN in 2009, working on initiatives such as MonologueSlam UK, WriterSlam, the TCN Writers Incubator and Get A Grip for entry level high end TV crew. Minnie and Fraser set up TriForce Productions in 2015, exec producing their first commission in November 2016, Sorry, I Didn’t Know, an inclusive comedy panel show about black history, for ITV2’s Fresh season.Minnie co-founded Dandi.org.uk with Fraser in 2018, an industry-facing, one-stop service that delivers diverse and inclusive talent directly to production companies, broadcasters and content creators. She is also the director of the annual TriForce Short Film Festival, a festival dedicated to increasing diversity and inclusion in the film industry, which is held at BFI Southbank in November.
