She also runs Dandi Network Limited which works directly with production companies to help them recruit talent in a more diverse and inclusive way.Minnie joined the TCN in 2009, working on initiatives such as MonologueSlam UK, WriterSlam, the TCN Writers Incubator and Get A Grip for entry level high end TV crew. Minnie and Fraser set up TriForce Productions in 2015, exec producing their first commission in November 2016, Sorry, I Didn’t Know, an inclusive comedy panel show about black history, for ITV2’s Fresh season.Minnie co-founded Dandi.org.uk with Fraser in 2018, an industry-facing, one-stop service that delivers diverse and inclusive talent directly to production companies, broadcasters and content creators. She is also the director of the annual TriForce Short Film Festival, a festival dedicated to increasing diversity and inclusion in the film industry, which is held at BFI Southbank in November. She is a regular speaker on panels focused on gender equality as well as a contributor to publications such as Huffington Post and Broadcast.
