Experienced Casting Producer with over 10 years' experience across major UK broadcasters, production companies and branded content campaigns. Specialising in real people casting, contributor sourcing and story-led talent discovery for factual entertainment, documentaries, branded content, digital series and social campaigns.

My background spans both television and commercial production, giving me a strong editorial instinct for identifying contributors with authentic stories, compelling personalities and genuine on-screen presence. I have extensive experience sourcing niche communities, subject matter experts, customer case studies, families, talent and contributors for a wide range of projects, from first-series development through to established returning formats.

Alongside casting, I bring a broad production skillset including story development, contributor welfare, compliance, access negotiation, casting tape production, location recces, shoot planning and on-set contributor support. I am experienced in building casting processes, managing teams, and working closely with producers, directors and clients to deliver high-quality contributors against challenging briefs and tight deadlines.
