I work as a Production Executive and HoP. I have experience in both production company and Broadcaster environments.I'm a skilled, diplomatic manager and can structure and motivate production teams large or small. I'm also able to negotiate contracts with Broadcasters and Key Talent.I have experience in Factual Features, Factual Entertainment, Entertainment, Comedy, Arts and also short form/digital content for corporate Clients.I love the challenge of a new format but I also bring energy to existing ones. I can provide creative solutions where expectations are high but budgets reduced.I am calm under pressure and consider the welfare of production teams as an extremely important part of my role.I have experienced the joys and demands of Commissioning and Broadcasting within the Commissioning Dept of a major UK and European broadcaster.
