I worked as Caitlin’s line manager on a new BBC medical observational documentary series. Caitlin’s role was varied, and she was with the production from the start of pre-production through the shoot and into the edit.

Caitlin is incredibly skilled, hardworking, and highly adaptable. She is able to create and implement working processes—such as a DIT workflow—and take full ownership of them with confidence. She has a strong understanding of kit and technical workflows, is a fantastic on-location support, a great researcher, and provides valuable editorial assistance. She is also a confident coordinator who can be relied upon to make sensible, well-considered decisions.

Caitlin is an excellent communicator who prioritises effectively and is able to anticipate potential issues before they arise. She also brings a fun, positive energy to any team and is a genuine pleasure to work with.

Caitlin would be an asset to any production, and I would love the opportunity to work with her again.
