I began my career as a broadcast journalist before working in Arts and factual entertainment documentaries. As well as creating individual programmes, I am able to take a series-wide perspective, and have also developed ideas and pitched proposals across the channels.My journalistic background has proved key to my ability to negotiate complex access, write questions and scripts and construct strong narratives, as well as enabling me to conduct interviews with artists, celebrities, politicians and members of the public alike.
