Read MoreDuring my career, I have gained some valuable experience within the film and television industry both in post-production and production. Whilst at Goldcrest Films, I worked as a sound Post Production Bookings Coordinator, which followed with a position in the picture post department as one of the in- house Digital Intermediate Producers. Both positions required a great deal of scheduling sessions and deliveries across many different projects simultaneously. In 2017, I moved to Twickenham Studios in order to gain some experience and insight into the production side of the film and television industry. I began my time at Twickenham selling, booking and coordinating projects in the three sound stages, offices and ancillary spaces. I was soon promoted to Studio Manager, overseeing the full management and operations of the whole facility and Productions shooting across the stages. This required a great deal of patience and sensitivity. All my positions throughout my career have also involved high volumes of administration, including the organisation and management of external vendor contracts, legal documents and staff and freelancer contracts.
I have gained a full understanding on the importance of time keeping and organisation from working on high profile projects, which has also developed me professionally when liaising with clients and whilst working under pressure. One of my main responsibilities through all my positions has been to maintain a thorough coordination between staff and clients to ensure the correct vision or communication has been followed through, which has required a great deal of team cooperation and knowing when to take appropriate action when necessary. I have also learnt how to self-manage and set myself priorities in order to work well independently. My roles within the industry have also taught me a lot about relationship building and dealing with all kinds of problems and grievances internally, whilst ensuring to keep a positive working environment for all staff members as well as providing an outstanding service for clients.
My past experience has helped me become well rounded in troubleshooting and maintaining a constructive work life. My personality brings a positive energy to the workplace. I am driven, hardworking, reliable and a very dedicated team player. I enjoy learning new skills and working in a fast-paced environment that challenges me. What I love the most is putting a smile on people’s faces.I am currently gaining experience as a Junior Production Manager, working alongside Production Management and the Technical Department on delegation of incoming jobs: budget management, crews, schedules, transport, equipment hires, production needs.
