I am an experienced Producer / Director, Producer,  Edit producer and Executive Producer with over 20 years television experience. I  specialise in making documentaries, factual entertainment, observational documentaries and awards shows. Whilst my first passion is for the arts and documentaries, I also have experience in reality, entertainment, music shows, chat shows and comedy, so it's fair to say i like a bit of variety and a challenge! I have a vast amount of experience securing access to and directing high profile talent and celebrities, having worked with names including Jude Law, Chris Martin and Julie Walters. I'm also confident working with sensitive and tricky contributors and pride myself on always putting people at ease and getting the best out of them. I'm very confident in directing crews / DOPS, interviewing all manner of contributors, and heading up a team of people, making sure that everything is done to the best possible standard, whilst enjoying the task in hand. I'm very organised and calm under pressure both on location and in the edit. I'm creative, full of ideas, and have excellent script writing skills, with experience in writing both straight and comedy scripts, as well as thorough interview questions. I have many years of archive experience (including fair dealing material) and music clearance. I'm experienced in developing ideas and in casting / booking, including celebrities and musicians. I'm also an experienced edit producer and I always oversee the edits for the show's I've produced / directed.
