With over 16 years of experience in the TV industry I'm an incredibly versatile series producer and edit producer, having worked across travel, blue-light and access-driven documentary. 

My most recent productions have been travelogues - last year I took Rev Richard Coles on a tour of the shipping forecast, and prior to that I was in Las Vegas with Martin Compston, exploring his home city.

I'm equally at home with documentary, access-based series too - I won a BAFTA Scotland award for our series on addiction with Darren McGarvey, and have worked with Darren on series about class and the health, education and justice systems.

I'm highly skilled in building and maintaining relationships, having negotiated and managed access to large precincts like hospitals, prisons and schools, to smaller, more specialist places and contributors. 

As an accomplished storyteller, I excel in finding great narratives and contributors, and work hard to build fantastic teams behind the scenes. I believe happy, honest and open crews make the best programmes and having worked on both large, fast-paced, quick turnaround programmes, and longer, in-depth docs with small teams, I can testify to this.

I'm postive, extremely organised and love getting my teeth into new projects, and I'm experienced leading both small and large production teams. I also have lots of experience as an edit producer and am highly capable at turning my hand to different narrative styles and formats. Read Less
