Kate is a BBC trained Multi-Camera Director of Live, As-Live, Music, Entertainment and Large Scale Event Shows. She has developed and helped to shape some of the leading reality formats, including Masterchef Australia and Married at First Sight, as well as light entertainment studio shows including The Living Room, This Time Next Year , “Interview” with Andrew Denton and OB’s like Triple J’s One Night Stand, The Real Full Monty and also directs the NYE Fireworks coverage for ABC. Kate has set up Fixed Rig shows such as First Dates and Secret Life of Four Year Olds from first series onwards. Kate's technical training and experience across many different genres has led to a competency and understanding of many shooting formats and styles.
