A very experienced Production Secretary who recently stepped up to an APOC. 

I recently oversaw some additional photography days on feature film Blueberry Inn where I stepped up to a Production Coordinator which gave me an opportunity to demonstrate my extensive skills and knowledge in order to complete the filming on a very low budget and in a very tight timeframe

I have experience in all things travel and accommodation from arranging and negotiating cast and crew long term accommodation, organising cast and crew overnights to being in charge of all cast and crew travel including cars, trains and flights.
I'm experienced in maintaining accurate records of a wide variety of information such as designing and updating data and cost spreadsheets, managing rooming lists and various travel logs, creating contact lists and cast lists, managing production assets, distributing schedules and callsheets, managing script amendments and pulling sides, arranging various couriers across UK, assisting with consent forms, crew contracts and child licensing information where necessary. I have been responsible for my own production card on various jobs and reconciling any expenses as well as submitting purchase orders.

I am a team player who thrives when working with other people but equally enjoys working from my own initiative. I am very confident around new people and I build rapport quickly with my peers. I believe this is important as being able to communicate effectively and develop professional relationships quickly is an essential part of any good team.

In addition to this, I completed the Screenskills 'Step up to a Production Coordinator' course and I am fire marshall trained until May 2028 and first aid trained until February 2026. Read Less
