With great editorial insticts and a strong work ethic, I am passionate about finding fantastic characters and underrepresented stories for telly. My experience includes casting for established competition shows, niche skillsets, pilots, and online content using a variety of targeted outreach methods and street casting. I am confident working with large volumes of applications, conducting interviews, thorough background checks, story producing, and organising auditions. 

Welfare experience includes staying in accomodation with contributors, keeping detailed logs while working with child and international contributors, handling sensitive situations in a discreet and efficient manner, and adhering to GDPR/ Compliance practices.
