Over the last 12 years I've worked up to producer level, predominantly in casting but also with experience in studio, location sourcing, music clearance, development, PD roles, VT & script writing and have worked mostly in entertainment and fact ent.Along with being able to find compelling and relevant characters for a variety of shows, I also have a solid understanding of compliance, data protection and duty of care and maintaining high standards both for cast, viewers, the channel and colleagues. I have recently undertaken numerous welfare roles as part of casting and am confident looking after talent & contributors both pre and post record/tx.The variety of shows and genres I've worked across have meant that I've developed my skills in being adaptable and sourcing and spotting good characters suitable for everything from human interest stories to reality tv.I studied Journalism at university and have always had a keen interest in people and their stories.
