I have over 20 years of experience in television across a range of genres including entertainment, factual entertainment and comedy - working on established prime time programmes and developing new formats. I have taken shows from treatment to screen developing the format, staffing and budget and am very experienced in working with commissioners, high profile talent and running teams. I have also overseen the welfare of contestants on a number of high-profile shows creating duty of care protocols.
