I’m a researcher working in unscripted TV, mainly across factual entertainment and observational docs. I’m drawn to real people and real stories, the kind that feel honest, character-led and properly lived-in, especially stories from the North where I’m based, though I’m always up for working elsewhere. I like being hands-on across the whole process, from finding great contributors and locations to helping shape stories and supporting in the edit. I’m organised, calm under pressure, and someone who just gets on with it and keeps things moving. Keen to keep building on my experience and take on more creative input across story and edit.
