In September 2018 I was accepted onto the Brightbulb development internship at EndemolShine. During my time I learnt all about development spending time at Initial and Dragonfly and running on shows like Soccer Aid, Sunday Brunch and Big Brother (where Emma Willis gave me a compliment on my hair and made my year!). While on the scheme I was also taught how to cut, shoot and develop ideas as well as how to pitch them in a professional way.Since then I gained experience in runner roles on Location, Location, Location and Strictly Come Dancing and in the development department at Knickerbockerglory TV, brainstorming and pitching innovative ideas for new programming, as well as researching materials for shows to be pitched to commissioners and helping cast for developing shows.I've really enjoyed both development and production and am now looking for my next role in either of those fields.
