A confident and reliable producer and an experienced (NCTJ qualified) journalist specialising and passionate about true crime, current affairs and hard-hitting news stories. My extensive experience in true crime productions have resulted in a firm understanding of media law and Ofcom regulations.

Having worked in the true crime genre for several years I have the ability to grasp and evaluate extremely sensitive subject matters and am well-known for my ability to bring out the best in contributors, especially those who have experienced traumatic experiences, all the while treating them with the upmost respect and with dignity. I enjoy working in development and am able to use my journalistic skills and analytical mind to spot a potential commission and also keep my finger on the pulse of developing stories. I thrive on finding a compelling story and identifying new and interesting angles and highlight not just key contributors, but also those with unique and interesting experiences.

My passion for specialist factual documentaries is equally matched by my understanding of the pressures and challenges that come with daily live shows, reality television, working with high-profile talent and as such, am able to handle these areas with finesse and confidence.
