Recently I spent 11 years with Sony Pictures Television as Head of Creative across all their Western Europe channels which included Movie, Music, Entertainment and Children’s Channels. I Spent over 10 years Senior Producing Children's ITV in Birmingham and Manchester including the live studio for 3 years. I left Sony in April 2019 with top rating Childrens and Movie Channels and12 European and Global Promax Creative Awards Nominations. My production companies - Jopia Productions has made a number of television pilots for Sony, Flextech, ITV and include the ITV Saturday morning kids show Ministry of Mayhem and Movies4Men WW2 action drama Suicide Platoon. I won numerous National and International creative awards. Made a stack of award-winning short films including ‘Warped’ for Screen West Midlands and fitted in 6 feature films filmed in Birmingham and Oxfordshire that have all been globally released. I am currently in post production with an Action Thriller due for release in 2024 and shooting internationally produced WW2 Action Thriller Oct 2023. Additionally, producing and directing a number of projects for various clients which include two more features and content development for online and linear broadcasters. From Kids TV to large scale horror to stunt filled action I am a fast, well organsised and stylish director. Produced, Project and Budget managed programmes and content across all types of genres and scale, producing and editing on air promotions and channel launches.
