I finish a development contract at Christmas + have done good stints in youth and children's development which I love - creating original ideas, refreshing existing formats + winning commissions. I'm always thinking ideas + watching lots of content from docs to MAFS! Experienced in leading teams to find brilliant people, talent, experts, families, young people. children - across welfare, consents, licensing. I have commissioned + produced for BBC Digital campaigns, developing + creating multiple short form live action + animation films from sensitive to comedy. I spent 11 years BBC staff across children's + youth content from location to studio, ents to mental health + comedy to game shows like Copycats, Raven - lots of games and challenges experience.
