Production Manager with over ten years’ experience across a wide range of genres, working on both studio-based and location productions. I enjoy being part of interesting, challenging projects and am used to delivering in fast-paced, live or quick-turnaround environments. I can move easily between different types of productions and adapt well to change.I’ve worked across a variety of indies, broadcasters and distributors, and am confident managing budgets of different sizes, including forecasting and cost control. I’m used to working closely with editorial teams to make sure creative ambition is delivered within budget and on schedule. My approach is to ensure productions run smoothly, safely and efficiently from start to finish.I have a strong understanding of compliance, including health and safety, as well as copyright and rights clearance requirements. I’m organised, flexible and used to managing operational complexity, whether that’s on location, in studio, or working from home when needed.
