Rosa is a very talented and creative P/D, with a wealth of experience to draw on and an amazing track record. I have worked with her on a number of productions in the criminal justice sector which have required a lot of sensitivity with contributors, a real depth of understanding of quite esoteric subject matter and the maintenance of important client relationships. Rosa has produced some wonderful films, and everyone she works with enjoys the experience. Rosa also took on my role as Managing Director of Inside Job Productions while I was off on maternity leave in 2008 and did a great job. She not only managed and exec'ed the existing projects, including a complex participatory media project with young people in prisons, but generated a lot of new business. I can't reccomend her more highly.
