I have worked with Joe on a number of productions and he is a brilliant person to have on a series. He's extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of post production and has a "can do" attitude to whatever comes his way. If there s a problem you always know that Joe will fix it. He always immerses himself in every production and is real team player. He is also a talented aspiring editor and was given the opportunity to cut an episode for a recent drama doc last series alongside very experienced editors. He tackled this with enthusiasm, determination and creativity and the end result was very accomplished. The channel had no idea it was his first long-form doc. I would happily have him on board for future project and he's an asset to any team.
