Hello! I am an award-nominated independent film and HETV producer, line producer and production manager committed to driving sustainability, equality and systemic change across the film and TV industry.My recent credits include the BIFA-qualifying short An Imperfect Cadence directed by Nathan Haines and starring BAFTA and BIFA longlisted Louisa Connolly-Burnham; UK Producer on Channel 5’s new cosy-crime drama The Sunshine Murders starring Peter Andre, Marina Sirtis (Star Trek), Stephanie Beacham (Dynasty) and Nick Moran (Harry Potter); and Line Producer on the upcoming feature Life 2.0, directed by Michael Dorn (Star Trek).

I began my career at 14 as a Production Assistant at Pinewood Studios and worked my way up the ladder. I directed/ produced my debut short film I Am An Actor, a mental-health focused piece that premiered at the Berlin Lift-Off Film Festival in 2020 at age 22 and secured a streaming deal with SVOD platform FilmDoo. My second film In Her Shoes (2023), about violence against women, premiered at the Marina del Rey Film Festival, streams on Roku Shorts Daily across the USA and has earned praise from Refuge and the National Domestic Violence Hotline. Alongside my freelance producing I founded Richlas Productions Ltd, a BAFTA albert-registered company dedicated to addressing critical social issues and championing women on-screen and behind the camera through short-form content. I also run an online Actors’ Network of over 300 professionals through which I provide casting services for top networks, host workshops and organise table reads for emerging writers. I have facilitated collaborations on films with esteemed UK and US brands.

I am based in Sussex with easy access to London.
