Megan was an absolute pleasure to work with. When we first met she was fairly new to the TV game, but excelled at everything that was thrown her way on a busy production. She's great with people on location, a very confident phone basher and has a talent for building rapport with contributors quickly. Whether it's on location or in the office, skills for TV come naturally to her. I also was impressed by her technical ability; she produces her own films in her spare time and this really shows in her shooting ability. She picks up basic camera assistant skills very quickly and always arrives on location fully prepared with a bag full of whatever you might need. She asks intelligent questions and isn't afraid to take responsibility when mistakes are made. I'd be over the moon to work with her again - but I'm fully aware she will probably steal my job in the not too distant future!
