I am a BAFTA award-winning multi-camera producer/director with over 25 years experience in the broadcasting industry. I have directed studios and OBs at some of the world's greatest sporting events including the Olympic Games, World Cup, Super Bowl and the UEFA European Football Championships. Before going freelance, I was series producer of the BBC's iconic Match of the Day programme for 6 years, overseeing the show's move from London to Salford.​ I am now a regular director for TNT Sport's coverage of the UEFA Champions League and Europa League, ITV's NFL coverage and for major events such as the Paralympics, Crufts, Great North Run, Boat Race, World Snooker Championships, the FIFA World Cup and major Women's Fooball tournaments. I have a creative eye for detail, a great ear for music that compliments your output and am a key innovator using the very latest new technologies. In 2011 I successfully introduced augmented-reality to compliment the BBC's football output (both studio and OB) - a UK first and a recipient of a 'Best Broadcast Innovation' award at the Sports Technology Awards.
