I have worked in marketing, PR, social media and project management. I also have 16 years’ experience of working in hospitality and during that time I’ve learned everything about the industry - from door to management. I’ve worked in fast-paced restaurants and high-end fine dining, and I’ve discovered that many of the skills I’ve acquired in planning, organization and problem solving have been transferrable to television.
