Abigail is a highly experienced British comedy writer, having recently written across six seasons of Sky’s flagship sitcom TROLLIED and four seasons of Ruth Jones’ dramedy STELLA and last Spring, her new comedy about the disappearance of Agatha Christie went out on Sky Arts. Abigail created and wrote COMA GIRL for Channel 4 and last year adapted the feature THE SUNSHINE CRUISE COMPANY for Levantine Films (producers of HIDDEN FIGURES). Abigail began her career with Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders - working on their award-winning sketch shows and ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. Abigail went on to co-write all three series of BBC1’s JAM AND JERUSALEM with Jennifer Saunders and continues to collaborate with the duo on both of their autobiographies.
