I've always worked very closely with contributors, often in sensitive situations, and I've become increasingly interested in the Duty of Care side of production. It feels like a natural evolution of what I already do well. I am particularly interested in supporting contributors through high-pressure filming environments and post-transmission impact. I hold a Mental Health First Aid England certificate and have completed Safeguarding Adults training Level 3.

I am experienced across Documentary, Factual and Factual Entertainment genres. Advanced access, casting and people skills. Strong storyteller, tenacious, level-headed problem solver. Solid producing track record on complex and multistranded series. Adept at setting up shoots worldwide including North Africa and Cuba with five years working in LA and Chicago producing and directing high volume HGTV design series.
 
Early career as pollution research scientist working across Europe based at Natural History Museum. Science and media lecturer posts at Royal Holloway University and Northwestern University, Illinois. Interests include; interior design, horticulture, nutrition and wellness.
