Adept at forward planning and managing fast moving series with multiple moving parts. 
My key skills are the project managment of large and small scale shows, casting, welfare and crewing regionally to find the best people for the brief. 
Experienced in working on prime-time, popular factual programmes; The Repair Shop, Dont Tell the bride and First Dates. Then going to more access driven shows such as The Savoy, Kathy Burke- all Women and currently working on a Proof of concept involving The Church of England. 
My biggest love in TV/Film and on my teams is showcasing talent from aorund the UK both in my teams and contributors. Making sure the briefs match up to the people we have on the team. Coming from a coal mining town in West Yorkshire i realised how little of me there was across the board. Therefore producing a lack of people onTV that represented me. I now crew up teams to fit the briefs needed therefore bringing in crew's from around the UK to match it. 
I pride myself in looking at the welfare of not only my contributors but the teams throughout the production. I have experience in making difficult decisions putting the welfare of the people we work with and the contributors we work for first. 
I have negotiated and maintained access with organistaions and institutions including organisations of faith, local councils, hospitals and high end establishments.
I have worked on many compliance heavy shows involving contributors with health issues as a whole and young, vulnerable contributors. Read Less
