As proud sponsors of The Grierson Trust British Documentary Awards, we're again excited to spot a few familiar names in this year's nominations. Regarded as the Oscars of the documentary world, the awards celebrate the best in factual film-making, acknowledging some of the most talked about documentaries from the past year.
Up for 'Best Documentary on Current Affairs' for the film Syria Across the Lines, Olly Lambert described making working in a war zone as "absolutely the most horrible, lonely and uncomfortable experience you're ever likely to have", in his captivating article published on the TM earlier this year.
Amongst the 2013 nominees are a few more Talent Manager members, including Katherine English, Ian Denyer, Paul Berczeller, Dan Reed, Hugo Berkeley, Dan Murdoch, Adeyemi Michael and Lesley Gardiner, plus films from TM partner companies The Garden and Renegade.
The awards take place on 4th November 2013 - full information here.
