TV Fast Train have launched 'Six of The Best', honouring six talented freelancers who you think deserve recognition within the industry. Nominations are open for the following categories:
- Self-shooters
- Casting Producers & Assistant Producers
- Factual pitchers
- Production Mangers
- Series Producers
- New entrants into comedy production
"We want you to nominate the people you think are six of the best in these categories. In a vast, ever evolving industry where freelancers move from job to job and recognition is hard to come by – we want to celebrate the people who contribute to making television we can all be proud of."
The winners will be invited to this year’s Fast Train (Wednesday 16th May) to share their award winning expertise with the wider industry, at the ultimate training day in the industry’s calendar. They will give their career insights both at this unique event and online at the BBC Academy’s College of Production website, as well as being featured in Broadcast Magazine.
You can nominate as many people as you like in each of the categories and you don't have to nominate in all categories. (It's advised that you check with the person/ people you are nominating to ensure that they are happy to be nominated!)
