Series Producer

Description

We are seeking a Series Producer with advanced knowledge of video podcast structure, recording, and editing to lead the daily production of our high-performing flagship series.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, creative professional with 5+ years of experience who can independently manage the end-to-end production of several shows per week.

This role requires the ability to prepare thoughtful, well-researched rundowns, exceed industry quality standards, and edit complex episodes while troubleshooting technical issues when necessary. A key responsibility includes creatively improving shows through strategic segment development and effective coaching of hosts.

The Series Producer works autonomously in day-to-day production and requires minimal creative oversight, consistently delivering polished, engaging content that aligns with our brand and audience expectations.

The candidate will report into the Head of Series, UK and will be expected to contribute fully in planning and ideation across the department.

This role will be based in London and cannot be remote. You would need to be in ideally 4 days per week as the show is recording Mon - Thurs.
