Production Secretary

MultiStory Media (Part of ITV Studios) are looking for a PRODUCTION SECRETARY to join one of their returning productions: PRIDE OF BRITAIN 2026

Dates: 1st September to 21st October 2026

Location: ITV White City / Home Working (generally 2-3 days per week in the London office plus in office from 12th October to 16th October, 18th plus 19th October on location)


Role - Supporting the shoot teams (arranging PD recces / supporting shoot set-up and clear-up). And supporting the production team on the Rig/RX Days on location.


Skills you'll need (Minimum role criteria): These should be demonstrated within your CV.

Experience and confidence to book travel and create itineraries in a non scripted TV production environment.
Experience of working on a Studio Show.
Experience of working in a deadline driven environment working accurately and to speed.
Proven ability to work effectively and constructively as part of a team and with a wide range of people (production colleagues, on screen contributors/talent and members of the public).
Demonstrable ability to use initiative and be proactive in the production environment showing resilience and sensitivity to the needs and pressures of colleagues.
Must be available from Sept 1st to October 21st incl with no long holidays booked. Please confirm in your application.
Minimum 3 months experience at Production Secretary level, this is not an entry level role.


Other things we're looking for:

Experience of ITV’s systems - training will be given if you’ve not used them before.
